Patankan is an oasis in between the deserts of Kharan which is around 15 km from the city of Kharan.
It’s one of the Famous picnic points among the locals because of its shady date palm trees and spring water coming out from the ground.
One more important thing about Patanak is that there is an ancient tomb that is made of mud.
No one knows the exact history of the Graves and Tomb but from the structure I guess they were important people of that time. Alas, The Tomb is misbehaved and destroyed by the treasure hunters.
The tomb was designed in a way that it has many chambers made from mud brick and the mud which is used in tomb bricks was brought from a distant place because of the desert.
